Data protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

When you visit our website, your IP address, start and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is due to technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise regulated in the following, this data will not be processed by us.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. The information generated by Google Analytics about your use of this website (including your IP address) is stored by Google Inc. Google will only use this information to analyze the use of the website. Anonymous evaluations and graphics are created on the number of visits, number of pages viewed per user, etc. We use these exclusively for the purposes of our own market research and above all to optimize and design our website in line with requirements. More information about Google Analytics can be found at www.google.com/analytics.

Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the “Privacy Shield” agreement between the EU and the USA. Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is kept for a period of 26 months.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection to your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to us or the data protection authority.
